morrissey ticket - usher hall monday 30th july +

I am selling a ticket for Morrisseys concert at the Usher Hall Edinburgh on Monday 30th July. Due to circumstances I now cannot go. I paid 36.50 including booking fees, but as the tickets face value is 32.50, I would be happy to accept 30 for it. The ticket is for the upper circle - row F, seat 6.
